More about my story

Hi, I’m Dr Jimmy Fay, a nervous system specialist, corporate wellness facilitator, and lifelong student of human potential.

I grew up in Belmont, Western Australia, and like many people, my early years were shaped by challenge. To cope with my environment, I developed patterns that helped me get through at the time, perfectionism, self-pressure, and a constant drive to do more. But as I got older, I realised those same patterns were quietly driving stress, burnout, and a sense of always being “on.”

That realisation led me on a deep journey of healing and self-understanding.

My career began in chiropractic, with a focus on physical health. But over years of working with individuals from all walks of life, including high-performing professionals, I noticed something important: the people who didn’t just address their physical health, but also their stress response and nervous system, were the ones who experienced the most sustainable change.

They had more clarity, more energy, and a greater capacity to handle pressure, without burning out.

That’s what led me deeper into nervous system work.

Today, I focus on helping individuals, teams, and organisations understand how stress impacts performance, communication, and overall wellbeing. Because whether it shows up as chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, or workplace burnout, the root is often the same: a nervous system that’s stuck in survival mode.

When people learn how to regulate their nervous system, everything changes.
They think more clearly, respond instead of react, and show up with more presence, patience, and resilience.

This is the foundation of all my work.

Through corporate workshops, retreats, and online programs, I help people move out of overwhelm and into a state where they can perform, lead, and live at a higher level, without sacrificing their health or wellbeing.

My mission is simple: to help people feel better, function better, and create sustainable success from the inside out.

When I’m not doing this work, you’ll find me surfing, running, spending time with family, or travelling, living the kind of balanced, grounded life I now help others build.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

Q: What makes your chiropractic care different?

Unlike some chiropractic care that focuses only on structure, my approach addresses the nervous system, the body’s stress control center. This means we’re not just chasing symptoms, but supporting long-term healing by helping your body feel safe and regulated again.

Q: I’m new to nervous system work. Is this for me?

Yes. Whether you’re brand new to this or already on your healing journey, nervous system work meets you where you’re at. We go at your pace, and I explain everything in simple, grounded ways so you always feel supported and empowered.

Q: What happens at your wellness retreats?

These retreats are a space to exhale. You’ll experience nervous system regulation practices, group healing, movement, breathwork, nourishing food, and time in nature. Each retreat is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and return to life with more clarity and calm.

Q: I’ve tried coaching before and didn’t get results. How is this different?

Most coaching works from the mind. I work from the nervous system first, helping you shift the stress patterns beneath the surface that keep you stuck. From there, we build practical, aligned strategies that actually feel sustainable and true to you.

Q: Can I book more than one service at once (e.g. chiro + coaching)?

Absolutely. Many of my clients benefit from combining different services depending on where they’re at in their journey. We can chat about the best combination for your goals in our first session or call.
